Terms of service

Before you decide to commission me, it's very important that you read my TOS. If any of these terms is not followed, I reserve the right to stop the painting process and consider the commission finished.

Basics

  • Before commissioning me, make sure you're able to pay.

  • I ask for half the payment in advance, once I recieve the first deposit, I'll start with the process. Sketch commissions will require all the payment upfront.

  • If payment isn't received, your commission will be dropped.

  • My work is not allowed to be used as an NFT or any other type of blockchain.

  • All comunication will happen during the week (Monday-Friday)

Work process

  • You will have to provide enough references: images, photos... a sketch would be awesome!

  • Alongside these images, a written document must be provided with all the relevant details of the commission, this can also be sent as a text

  • I will not tolerate: ghosting, lazy responses, vague responses, angry demands, delay in payment, rude behabior, insults...

  • Feel free to ask for WIP images at any time (❁´◡`❁)

Payment and refunds

  • Payment can be done with paypal or a direct transfer (prices are in euros € )

  • Payment will be split into 2: first half at the very beginning and the other half right before the art piece is sent.

  • Payment plans may be discussed privately.

  • I don't do refunds unless I am unable to finish the commission.

  • Because of all of the things mentioned above: think carefully before you decide to ask for a commission.

Copyright and usage

  • I reserve the right to claim the artwork as made by me.

  • I reserve the right to use the artwork as advertisement. If the artwork is suposed to be a secret, I will post it once it's published by the client.

  • My work is for personal use ONLY by default: social media icon, wallpaper, a cool print on your wall...etc.

  • If the art is going to be used for comercial purposes, the prize will vary.

  • I sign my work. My signature can be minimized but not removed.

  • Standart (1 pokemon, simple bg) - 25€

  • Extra pokemon: +10€ per character

  • Complex background: +15€

Full size 16:9 ratio illustration

More detailed drawings will range from 80-120€ depending on the amount of details.

I'm experienced in designing twitch emotes, sub-badges, frames, offline/brb screens... Anything you'd need~I don't restrict myself to a specific style or theme, so ask away!

  • If every sub-badge is unique (as seen above) - 12€ each.

  • If sub-badges only vary in some elements (example below) the price may vary.

Starting at 20 (depending on the amount of details)

Screens and frames

Custom frames, BRB/offline images will depend on amount of details and complexity. Don't be afraid to ask for a quote! ^^
